Natural hair care has been a sacred routine throughout my life. I have seen my hair transform and transition through all stages – relaxed, heat and color damage, big chop, natural, locs, protective styling, etc. – and with each cycle, I understood a new part of myself. Just as a butterfly goes through metamorphosis, we all experience unique growth cycles.
